
Our Gym
The gym operates by appointment only, which ensures that it is never overcrowded, and that your routines are largely uninterrupted. You can either have one-to-one personal training or you can come to use the gym by yourself. Also, if you attend the clinic for injury treatment, the use of the gym may form an integral part of your full rehabilitation.

- 10 Nautilus resistance machines, covering all major muscle groups

- Fully equipped boxer-size suite which includes heavy bags, dummies, punch ball, speed ball, floor-to-ceiling ball and a range of gloves and boxing aids
